Your right to cancel
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason. This period is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday.
How to cancel
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us before the 14-day period expires:

- Subject: Order Cancellation – [your order number]
Please include your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You can also cancel directly from your customer account or order confirmation email.
Returning your items
After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return the goods within 14 days. Items must be unused and in their original condition. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds
We will refund your full order value, including standard outbound delivery costs, within 14 daysof receiving the returned goods or proof of postage. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Sealed goods unsealed after delivery where return is unsuitable for hygiene reasons
- Digital content where download has begun with your prior consent
