Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Adventure Man gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, contact us at officialadvman@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size. Please contact us at officialadvman@gmail.com to arrange this before sending anything back.
Non-returnable items Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faulty or incorrect items If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right straight away.

EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
How to cancel: To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You can also use the self-serve cancellation option in your order confirmation email or customer account.
Returning your items: Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we have agreed otherwise.
Refunds: We will refund the full order value, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return). Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed
- Digital content where download has begun with your prior consent
